Shipping Policy

This policy explains our order processing and shipping conditions. By placing an order with The Halo Studio, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Standard processing time is 24 to 72 business hours from the date of the order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received your confirmation or shipping email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service at contact.thehalostudio@gmail.com with your full name so we can locate your order.

2. Delivery Times (After Processing)

Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment are as follows:

Europe 6 to 12 business days
USA, Canada 6 to 12 business days
Australia, New Zealand 7 to 12 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

3. Order Tracking

4. Shipping Warehouses

The Halo Studio operates from two main fulfillment centers: China — for the majority of international orders, and France (Aulnay-sous-Bois) — for select products and express EU deliveries. Depending on your location and product availability, your order may be shipped from either warehouse.

5. Delivery Delays

We work with trusted international carriers that operate on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During high-traffic periods (holiday season, sales events), some delays may occur. If your order is delayed, please contact us at contact.thehalostudio@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you promptly.

6. Lost Parcels

In the rare event that your parcel is lost in transit, please notify our team as soon as possible. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, once confirmed, we will either reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund based on your preference.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of ordering. If you notice an error in your delivery information, contact us immediately at contact.thehalostudio@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address. If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to redirect the parcel, and no refund or reshipment will be offered.

8. Packaging and Hygiene Seal

All hair extension products are dispatched in sealed packaging with a tamper-evident hygiene seal. Upon delivery, we strongly recommend inspecting the packaging before opening. If the hygiene seal appears damaged or broken upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence at contact.thehalostudio@gmail.com so we can investigate the issue. Once the hygiene seal is intentionally broken or the inner packaging opened, the product is considered used and no return, exchange or refund will be possible (please refer to our Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions for full details).

9. Additional Legal Disclaimers

Delivery times are estimates and are not contractually binding. The Halo Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, weather disruptions, or third-party carrier issues. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, we consider the order fulfilled. Any claim for a missing parcel must be made within 5 days of the delivery status update.
